French noise rockers Sofy Major have premiered their forthcoming full-length, Waste, at New Noise. The album will officially be released this Friday, October 30 via Solar Flare Records and can be picked up at this location. Waste is full of grimy, sludgy noise rock goodness that fans of Unsane, Coliseum and the like can bang their heads to. Stream the album after the break.
French noise rock trio Sofy Major have premiered the title track and opening track from their upcoming album, Waste, over at Noisey. Grumbling bass lines walk hand-in-hand with hard-hitting, Unsane-inspired guitars on this explosive track. Check it out for yourself after the break.

The band will be touring Europe in support of the album this fall with label mates Pigs. Those dates can be found below.
In a recent post from The Prp, former members of The Dillinger Escape Plan and Burnt By the Sun and a member of East of the Wall are joining forces in a project they have named Argonauts. The lineup is as follows:
Vocals – Dimitri Minakakis (ex-The Dillinger Escape Plan)
Guitars – John Adubato (ex-Burnt By The Sun)
Bass – Brett Bamberger (East Of The Wall)
Drums – Dave Witte (Municipal Waste/ex-Burnt By The Sun
This looks like it could be very promising and it would be nice to hear Dimitri’s chaotic yells once again.
